Advanced Courses For International University Doctors In The Egyptian Capital
A number of doctors affiliated with the University Center for Clinical Skills and the Training Center of the Libyan International University of Medical Sciences participated in two training sessions, the first in the treatment of advanced injuries ATLS and the second in the basics of BLS recovery, which were held in the Egyptian capital Cairo with the accreditation of the American College of Surgeons, and implemented by the Egyptian Center for Training in Programs Life support during the period from February 13 to 18, 2020.
The participation of the university doctors in these two interactive courses comes in implementation of the university plan to qualify accredited trainers in \”ATLS advanced injury treatment and BLS recovery basics\” in preparation for completing all accreditation requirements by the American College of Surgeons ACS, in preparation for the university\’s clinical skills center to join a series of accredited training centers spread around the world To implement such courses, which contributes to the success of training and continuous development programs for the national medical components, and promotes graduate programs according to the requirements of the Libyan Council for Medical Specializations.

University Dental Center Nurses Undertake Their Training Course
This morning, the training course held by the University\’s Clinical Skills Center aims to raise the efficiency of the nursing staff of the University Center for Oral and Dental Surgery.
The course is focused on several training days in which the focus is on developing nursing staff in the basics and how to cpr, measuring vital signs, such as how to measure blood pressure and use a blood pressure meter, how to measure temperature, how to measure the pulse, and how to measure the respiratory rate.
Emergency Medicine Course Final Tests
The ER Mind Emergency Medicine course concluded yesterday evening with the final theoretical (paper and chip) and Applied Clinical Tests, which qualify the participant for a certificate of attendance of the course accredited by the Libyan International Medical University.
The course, presented by Dr. Mohammed Al-Aqouri, was held at the Clinical Skills Center of the Libyan International Medical University and lasted about a month four days a week, which included theoretical lectures and practical applications, focusing on the following topics:

Clinical Skills Exam For Second Year BMS Students
University announces the need to employ training supervisors in its clinical skills center
The Libyan International University announces the need to employ trainers in its clinical skills center, provided that the applicant is a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine or Oral and Dental Surgery.
Applications are submitted to the Center on campus. The deadline for receipt of applications is 13-10-2018. The interviews will be conducted daily from 9am to 12pm, except Tuesday.
